Episode 31 - How to slow down...
Slowing down is one of the most important things we can do to reduce stress and overwhelm, but it's so opposite to what we are accustomed to doing.
What I love about journaling and hear all the time from clients is that journaling helps them to slow down.
I share in this episode the two main reasons I journal.
1. To see what's in my way to having what I want. To see my blindspots.
2. To practice dreaming bigger. And also to practice seeing my "worst case scenario" and that I could make it through. That it isn't that bad.
But the real benefit of journaling, that only happens in the last 5 minutes when you are starting out (don't worry it gets longer as you practice) is that you develop a relationship with The Universe. God. Source. Soul. You start to hear this sweet little voice cheering you on and guiding you into alignment.
I hope you'll pick up a pen and give journaling a try. And please join me for my FREE 3 day challenge that ends tomorrow, April 10th.
If you really want to create a life you love and obliterate your road blocks, and increase your capacity to feel good, I definitely recommend you join me for my upcoming 6 week Journal Your Guts Out course.
What I've seen in the past 17 years since I started journaling and journal coaching is that writing is not all the same. When you work with me you get straight to the heart of what's in the way and develop a really powerful skill to help you anytime you want.
And if you're enjoying this podcast, please RATE and REVIEW it on your favorite platform, and share with a friend! Wouldn't it feel even better if we all had it all? I think so, and I know you do too.
